Suspended Account

  I am the sole user for shiroiluke.wordpress.com, but at the same time I am also one of the administrator for http://www.askiglobal.com hosted by WordPress.com.

  26th June 2012, i have accessed the website, askiglobal.com.
  But shortly after that, around 30minutes later. The account is suspended for no reason.

  I believes i did not violate the T&C for the website as I did not post any updates or post on the askiglobal.com website.

  I had send an email through the Contact Form, but waited for a few hours I have not seen any reply emails from the Support Team.

  Could someone get back to me? As askiglobal.com is my company’s website, and I am responsible to manage it.

  http://www.askiglobal.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi is not hosted by WordPress.com and never has been hosted by WordPress.com. Did you allow the domain to lapse?

  I am taking over this website only recently, so I am not sure about that.

  http://shiroiluke.wordpress.com/ is a WordPress.com blog. The other one isn’t, and you’ll need to talk to whoever hosted that.

  But in this case, i always login through WordPress login page

  But there is WordPress.com and then there are WordPress.org blogs, which include that blog. It’s hosted by some other company, but it uses similiar software from the same company. That’s why the login looks the same. You can’t log in to your shiroiluke account and administer that blog, can you?

  I can login Shiroiluke account.

  But i cant login the askiglobal account, is there any ways i can seek help from?

  As I have only took over the admin role recently (2 days in fact), so I am still confuse by all the admin powers and such.

  Would you pls enlighten me?

  From a whois it looks like your host is: WEBSITEWELCOME.COM and the registrar is: Domain.com

  Since it is a WordPress.ORG install you might want to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using

  Click this link: http://wordpress.org/support/ .

  The login information you have here will not work over there. You will have to sign up for a new username and password over there.
