  My domain expired and was suspended a about 9 months ago. How can I retrieve it and will pages/published content still be there?

  Hi there:

  When your domain expires, your site on WordPress.com isn’t deleted, it just reverts back to the free *.wordpress.com site URL. You can view your site at valuebasedcommunities.wordpress.com currently.

  It looks like you don’t have any content set as a home page, but your other page links appear to be working just fine.

  To recover your domain you would need to try and purchase it again. I just checked and that domain is available for purchase, so you would need to upgrade to a paid plan and register that domain again.
