Suspended Account Following My Blog. Can I block?

  Today I got a note that a blogger started following me. When I clicked to see what they were about, I got the page that said that their account had been suspended for a violation. When I googled the account it seems like it’s kinda creepy/suspect. I don’t want them to follow me. Can I do anything?
