Suspended blog

Hello, I received an error message ‘This blog has been archived or suspended in accordance with our Terms of Service.’ when I was trying to access my blog. However, I am unaware I would violate the Terms of Service. At the same time, I get an error message when trying to export content from my blog. Therefore, I cannot back up my content, fearing it will get deleted. However, the blog is crucial for my university studies because it is a portfolio of the work I created during my studies, and I have to present it to be able to graduate. Is there something I can do to gain access to my blog back? How should I proceed? Thank you very much for your advice.
