Suspended blog for photo misuse?

    My blog was recently suspended for photo misuse (I’m a new blogger and didn’t realize the terms/ettiquette/legalities around photo use , pardon my ignorance : ( but now I have access to it and I’m not sure if that’s permanent. Should I move the content and edit it elsewhere? at another domain? register? Should I editi it and remove the photos where it is on the free site? I want to make sure that my content is not breaking any rules and that all questionable photos are removed but can I do that with my wordpress.com blog or do I need to move it/can I move it elsewhere and try again without the offending content?
    Please let me know. Thank you.
