You should have received an email – check your spam folder for the email and reply to the staff. Once in a while the staff makes an error so you can ask for reconsideration.
If you can’t find the suspension notice then contact the staff directly http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
Suspensions are never discussed in the Forum. Us unpaid volunteers have nothing to do with suspensions or any control over them. You might want to review the below on the terms of service and types of blogs permitted. Suspended content is never to my knowledge returned, otherwise there would be really no penalty for violating the TOS, otherwise it would sort of like being stopped by the police for 120 in a 35 zone and all you had to do was say “sorry officer won’t happen again” and drive off down the road with no ticket.

WordPress.com is beginning to suck alot worse than Digg and others who ran down the road of wildly banning anyone that has a link to any kind of a business, even if the business provides valuable info or content. I guess you can either blog about what your toy poodle did today, or get serious and move off of wordpress.com to your own hosted wordpress site or blogger, both let you keep your own content and dont just wake up one morning and ban your blog that you spent over 1 year building. No one will take responsibility, and there is really no point in arguing since it is their hosting, just dont use the fickle platform or risk loosing all your work and audience.
Wordpress.com for 2011 sucks! -
Yes, WP.com is not an appropriate site for MLM blogs, Make A Million Online blogs, or indeed any other blogs that violate the Terms of Service, all of which are very clearly spelled out.
It’s a very good business practice to know what you’re getting into before signing a contract, and to choose only vendors that allow activities you’ll be indulging in. Duh.
