suspended content is deleted, all links to support take me here! i cannot make new sites! PLEASE HELP

  all avenues given to me to create new content or speak to an actual person sends me right back to this page. my site NO LONGER EXISTS. could some staff please respond and take the according action please!

  this is the 4th time i have tried to rectify this situation. i even deleted 10 of the blogs in hope of that helping. nothing, please.. someone give me an email to reach a staff member because this ‘contact’ form feels pretty useless!!!!
