  Hi there,

  This forum is dedicated to sites hosted by WordPress.com, whereas jeszcze5minut.com is hosted on Hetzner Online and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org).

  They’re very similar, but two separate things.

  Since WordPress does not have control over sites hosted by different hosting providers, your hosting provider may be able to assist you.
