Suspended Domain – Would Like

  There is a domain that has been “archived” or “suspended” due to violation. I would like to acquire this domain for my next site.

  http://digitalbread.wordpress.com/

  Is there any way we can reset or free this domain so I can use it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is not possible. Sub-domain URLs for free hosted WordPress.com blogs are not not recycled and cannot be reused. Your best approach is to purchase a domain name ie. a domain mapping upgrade as then it will not matter what the URL of the .wordpress.com sub-domain is.

  You can’t – gone is gone forever and WordPress.COM does not recycle names, You need to choose a bit different name or buy a custom domain and map it.

  Thanks for the info! A quick followup question. Currently my domain host allows me to use my domain name for email forwards. For example, my domain is digitalbread.org and I have email that is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can I do that if I transfer my domain registration over to WordPress?
