suspended my private site!

I had a private website, but i can’t access from one year ago. I need to have a backup and i contact for some times the support team but they didn’t answer my request. I need really to access them, please help me!

If your site was suspended, there should be a reason why on your dashboard. It will also include the steps you need to take in order to recover the website.

If you’ve already contacted the Trust & Safety team through the dashboard notification or here https://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/ you will need to follow up with them directly.
As previously mentioned by Staff in your other forum threads, we cannot assist or resolve site suspension here in our community forums.

the problem is not that. I can not access to my dashboard! so i can’t see notification, my posts,… .
I don’t need that blog more, i just want my data.
i am trying to write here with another account because of this problem.
when i insert my username and password, i get this strange error:<h2> Account suspended. </h2> <p> If you believe your account has been suspended by mistake, contact us < / a> </p>
for that i have contacted the Trust & Safety team for times, but they don’t reply my request! I have been trying to contact them for more than a year!

That’s not a strange error … as long you don’t contact the TOS-team, your account and site(s) stay blocked.

I said strange error because i can not even access the dashboard. I do not even have access to the blog archive. I have been trying to contact them for about a year, but I have never received a reply. Shouldn’t I be able to access my site content? I just need a backup of my website content and I do not intend to reload it anywhere. It was a blog a diary, it was completely personal e private, it wasn’t a public website. i am very sad about that and i can’t believe to lost my archive. what can i do in this poit?
