Hi there, homemakersacademy.com is registered with GoDaddy and hosted with SiteGround. Your site is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom. FWIW I do see your site content with no issues.

WordPress comes in 2 flavors: the fully hosted WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and the open source WP (org) project at https://wordpress.org This support guide explains some of the differences between them: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

In general, you can find all the support information for sites using the WP (org) software at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and get help at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.

Hello again, thanks for providing that additional information.

I see that the domain thefocusedhomemaker.com was registered with WildWestDomains (which is WordPressdotcom’s domain registrar), but the name servers are pointing to HostGator. If you need help with a suspended page on HostGator, you’ll want to contact their support directly. https://support.hostgator.com/

Thank you. I lost the login info for that domain as well as the email address I used when signing up. I would like to switch it to godaddy where the rest of my domains are registered. How can I do that?
    I’ll contact hostgator

If you’ve lost the login information for the account that purchased the thefocusedhomemaker.com domain, you will need to try and recover the account first. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

I have tried that. The main issue its that I can’t access the email I used to create that account. All the requested info in the recovery process.. i don’t have it

    Hi there,

The domain, thefocusedhomemaker.com, is registered with us, but belongs to a different username account, thefocusedhomemaker. If you don’t remember your password for that username the account recovery form is the only option to regain access. As you have paid upgrades on that site you can retrieve the transaction ID for a past transaction directly from PayPal to verify your ownership.

Thanks… I keep trying that but get an error message: “The receipt does not appear to be valid. ”

I am not able to login to that account to point the nameservers to where it/they need to go. This is horribly frustrating and WP doesn’t have any way to contact them to resolve this.

Hello again, I realize this is frustrating but without proof that you own that account and domain it’s not possible to recover that account. I’d redouble your efforts in obtaining the Transaction ID from PayPal following the guide that @kokkieh linked to or perhaps you have it in your own records. Should you find it, please do not post it here in these public forums, but in the account recovery form.

I don’t have the original transaction ID, only the ones from the past 2 years. And those don’t seem to be working.
I registered the domain in 2012. Does WP not have anyone who I can contact directly to resolve this?

Please understand that without proof of ownership, for security reasons, WordPressdotcom will not turn over or change settings for an account or a domain that you do not own or have access to.

Regardless, I’ve tagged this thread again for Staff attention.

I realize I should have been more careful about keeping my login info handy, however, I can only provide the info I still have access to. On their end I’m sure they can see I still own the site, it’s never been transferred. They may have to go outside of their boxed responses and solutions, but it’s not impossible.

I do very much appreciate you tagging this for the staff attention. Thank you

I don’t have the original transaction ID, only the ones from the past 2 years. And those don’t seem to be working.

The receipt ID on your receipt won’t work. You need the 17-character PayPal transaction ID. That should also appear on the receipt we sent you when you bought an upgrade, or you can contact PayPal directly and get it from them as explained in the link I gave above.

Yes, the 17 character Paypal IDs is what I’ve tried to no avail.

    Hi there,

I’ve sent an email to the address associated with this account. Please let me know if you don’t receive it.

I received a response from Herman after emailing support@wordpress
Other than that, nothing. If it was sent to ***@gotrain.*** or ***@familyvisionfilms…. I don’t have access to those accounts anymore, they were closed months ago.
