Suspended Website

  Our website has been suspended for some reason. I need to know why and to be able to make it online again. This website is in use by users and it will not look in front of our customers.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Aloha mshayega, It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  I would recommend checking with your hosting provider, as they will be the only ones able to tell you why your site was suspended.

  Thank you. When I try to login to WordPress.org to post in the forum, it says my username and password do not exist. How can I get help with that?

  Hi there,

  The WordPress.org forums won’t be able to help you with this either. As @geoffreyshilling said, you need to contact your hosting provider for help with this. Your hosting provider is the company you pay every month to keep your site online.
