Suspended website

This morning when I logged in on my site, I’ve seen it has been suspended. I don’t know why, I have no way to contact any support, and if I try to upgrade my plan to get to support, I get a error message because the site is blocked. Is there any way to contact support? I need to at least export the site, but even that action is throwing an error.
