suspended website

The company that hosts my website suspended it, and it’s not getting back to me. I don’t know what to do because of their internal problems with my website. Could someone help?

That sounds rough! We don’t have access to any other company’s servers, so our options for helping are limited.
That said, if there’s some kind of problem with your site using too many resources, it may do just fine here. You would need to be able to access it to import it, but the hosting company may be willing to help with that. https://wordpress.com/support/import/
If your site was hacked and that’s why they suspended it, you might try just importing the content here and re-adding plugins and whatnot if needed. We keep a close eye on security for the sites we host, as we are managed WordPress hosting:
