  Ruben went away. So I need someone to help me out. My account got suspended when I was given a refund because you charged me when I did not authorize the charge

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  I don’t understand why you would request a refund from WordPress.com though, so I’ve tagged staff to check if you did: https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question
