suspended…why precisely?

  I first want to convey an apology on the part of wordpress because I did not understand the rules blogging, please be given instructions about who is actually my fault so I can fix it … I’ll promise not to make the same mistake.
  is there a solution so that my blog could be freed from suspend?
  What should I do?
  please help, and I would be very happy if the parties want to give up penalties wordpress on my blog.
