    how long or are there further communications needed in reinstating our web site after payment has been made and acknowledged. Thank you

    Howdy,

    While you purchased your domain from WordPress.com, the site itself is now hosted elsewhere. It appears your nameservers are set to PIPEDNS, which is likely pointing your site to a different host, possibly BlueHost. Either PipeDNS or BlueHost has suspended your site.

    As far as your domain purchased through WordPress.com, your account is in good standing with the domain registered until February 2015.
