Suspension of account, No contact made
-
I require some support in relation to another blog I had paid premium subscription costs for as well as domain registration.
I have contacted support on no less than 4 occasions with no responses. The account was suspended with no detail provided about breaches. A simple generic statement was provided and I have read through TOS and the Advertising Policy and cannot imagine what the issue was.
It is GROSSLY unfair to have a blog that both myself and other guest bloggers and community members have worked extremely hard on suspended with absolutely no contact or opportunity to resolve whatever the issue MAY have been.
I have PAID for the service. Surely it is reasonable to expect a standard of service that would include a very specific reason for suspending an account? I cannot even get Support to respond to my queries at this stage.
The name of the site was Pinkopolis.org . Anyone who actually spent any amount of time in that blog can clearly see it is a NOT FOR PROFIT organisation. We have IP TM pending and all works on the site were original writing and related directly to events we as a community held. This was our groups hub. A central location for us to communicate and share our experiences and suggestions. We do promote affiliate MLM’s We do not spam, we do not have any involvement with any search engine organisations.
Could someone please follow this up from the staffing side of things and establish what is going on? We should atleast be provided with an opportunity to fix whatever the issue is, ESPECIALLY considering we have PAID money for the premium service.

Is this the blog?
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/acquiringloreThere is only this topic related to it: you have only contacted wp.com this one time with very little information about your problem:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/acquiringloreThat makes me think you are asking about another site. Yes, or No?

It looks like
pinkopolis.wordpress.com is no longer available.
This blog has been archived or suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.
For more information and to contact us please read this support document. The custom domain name was a bit hidden
The Terms of Service are universal for every blog – no exception for paid upgrades etc.
There should be a contact button in your dashboard

You can also contact the staff here if the above link is not available:

That is the blog I am referring to @ auxclass. http://pinkopolis.org
I have now contacted using that button 4 times and I have completed the form you provided.
I have received no response in relation to the matter.
I take note of your feedback that there is no exception for ‘paid upgrades’. It also appears that poor delivery of support and appropriate explanations for blog suspension are Universal.
As a blog owner, I consider the lack of response from staff regarding this matter as disappointing and unprofessional.
As outlined, there has been an exceptionally large amount of work that has gone into the development of the site, and for it to be suspended with absolutely no notification, warning and or reasonable explanation is not right.
The information provided within the Suspension states ‘We will review the suspension and either remove it (only if it was in error) or provide an appropriate explanation regarding the suspension and specific terms that your blog was found to have violated.’
How long until this takes place, considering the removal of our primary communication and information hub.
I have read through the TOS , the relevant advertising policies and I was personally unable to identify anything that may have breached these policies. This is not to say that there was NOT anything, but I carefully picked through that information relative to the information posted on our site and could not identify anything.
My desire was to communicate with the relevant department to have specific details of whatever the issue may have been (CERTAINLY not intentional IF anything even exists) so that we may resolve it.
We would never intentionally breach any policy, I do not believe that we did, I can’t get any feedback from anyone providing any further information.
Further stated in the Suspension Policy, ‘If a blog has been suspended for violating our terms, its domain/URL and content will not be returned.’ This is a Not For Profit Organisation with relevant IP and TM pending and going through assessment processes. Are we to believe our ENTIRE domain name can be taken from us without recourse because of something that cannot at this point even be articulated?
And in the event that anything can be identified, it would be taken from us for an accidental, non malicious, breach of TOS?! WE have spent considerable amounts of time and money on the development of our artwork, administration, legal classifications, roll out of non profit events and branding.
All I require is some clear communication stating what the issue is, so that we may have the chance to resolve it. That, in my opinion should have been provided at time of suspension.
Could you please pass this information onto relevant staff so this can be dealt with appropriately, and in a more timely fashion.

And this, Finally:
Hi there,
Thank you for getting in touch.
Your site was flagged by our automated anti-spam controls. We have reviewed your site and have removed the suspension notice.
We greatly apologize for this error and any inconvenience it may have caused.
Perhaps in the furture, PRIOR to suspending an account for autospam, it might be better practice to actually LOOK and evaluate whether or not there is any justification for it.

The staff will not discuss suspensions in the forum
I can’t return the blog to you (nor can anyone else that helps in the forum (including the staff that help in the forum) can return a blog.
Also the staff have said they work the backlog from oldest to newest – so each time you send in a new form – your request gets reset to newest
-
Perhaps stating that initially, before inviting discussion may have been the better course of action.
The suspension has been lifted, as I suspected, there we no grounds for it being placed in the first place.
-
Thankyou for your time, I do appreciate this is not of your doing, and I imagine it is frustrating receiving communication from distressed Blog Owners such as myself trying to resolve a situation you actually have no control over.
Regards

You be welcome & glad your blog came back
Normally I have a copy & paste I drop in – but I don’t type very fast – all I can do is give general info and the links to the TOS – most of the suspensions are for blatant issues – MLM – catalog sites that send all traffic to a buy junk site –
Sometimes mistakes are made and the blog comes back as yours did – but the TOS group are the ones that determine what happens – sometimes changes are made to a blog and it comes back –
