  Those URLs are from Photon, an image acceleration and editing service for WordPress.com and Jetpack-connected WordPress sites.

  hey thanks.
  i cant see them because i blocked io.wp domain right now.
  do to a barrage of traffic thats been slowing my router down.

  maliciously injected “park domains” have been used in attacks against routers and websites..
  . recognising wp.com as shorthand redirection to wordpress… thought i should post here.

  thank you for clearing this up for me. as not malware.

  i remove that one from the firewall soon.

  off the subject their is a real scraping and malware Ddos style problem going around.
  i encourage any one in the East of the U.S. to keep a firewall and be weary..
  and its difficult to see whos messing with your privacy or trying slow your internet, since their are a great deal content management domains mix in that- that are legitimate.
