suspicious emails

I have a website (sallyforestgoodbooks.wordpress.com – it rarely gets any readers. For the past few weeks I’ve had a series of ‘likes’ – all from outlook.com accounts, BUT there have been no ‘visits’ to my website. Is this some sort of scam?
