  You can always check an IP adress on whatismyipaddress.com. In the box where your own IP is listed put the IP that you wish to locate, and then click ‘Additional IP Details’. This, for instance, gives Auttomatic at WordPress for the IP you mention. Auttomatic use different IP’s so it will not always be that one.
