Suspicious looking comments

    I did a little editing to my site a short while ago and added links to facebook,twitter,stumbleupon etc. Since then my comment/spam traffic has increased. Now normally I would not give this a second thought and think “wow” people really like my site. The problem though is that a lot of the comments are the exact same wording but with different peoples names attached. Some of them with different names come from the same web source such as “star wars commander hack” or “boataccessoriestore”.
    I guess my question is should I be very wary of these comments ?

    Hi there,

    Yes, those definitely sound like spam. If you suspect a comment of being spam, by all means please mark it as such in your Dashboard or by clicking the appropriate link in your email so that our Akismet anti-spam program can update itself and is able to catch more spam of this nature!
