Suspicious referrer domain in my stats.
-
I have a suspicious referrer accessing my site. How can I block them? I don’t want links to my site put up on some shit site somewhere hiding behind a subdomain organization in Germany.
…and no, I did not visit the site, because it’s probably some sort of pernicious garbage.

Hello there,
I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. Please be patient while waiting. -

I see what you mean. It is a Blogger blog actually, but I don’t see any relation to your content.
We’ll add it to the list of domains to watch.
-
Thank you. How can it be a Blogger blog? Does it redirect from that subdomain? Why would anyone do that? As I said, I did not visit the site.
-
Yeah, it redirects to a Blogger subdomain. To be honest, I’m not sure why anyone would do that.

macmanx, I have another one today. A different site, same subdomain service in Germany. Trace says it originated in Russia. I had to shut down a blogger site that was bombarded with weird traffic from Russia, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Tokeleau, etc.
The subject of my blog is Disaster Preparedness (the need for people to practise it). I had three sites on Blogger and only the one dealing with Disaster Prep was targeted.
What is this crap, and why me? Any ideas? Can you block all referrals from that domain in Germany?
