h t t P :// blog . com”But as boblets is pointing out: they will probably consider you spam and delete your comment.
If you planning to use a wordpress.com blog as spam, well you better read the
terms and conditions. Your if account can be deleted in violation. -
If those other blogs allow you to advertise on them and they are not hosted at WP.com, then go ahead. But leaving comment spam is not going to work; if you did it on my site you’d get marked as spam and the Akismet monster would eat your comments now and forever on all blogs with Akismet.
What kind of a budget do you have? I hear PerezHilton.com asks $54,000 a day.

It depends on the site owner. I comment on some big blogs like Dlisted and people place their blog url on both their username and also as their signature. Michael doesn’t care. Just as long as you stay on topic many probably won’t care.
