    I have paid for a $400 annual level website for several years now. This week I unfortunately PARKED my website. I now regret doing this and wish to RESTORE IT. After several communications, today I chose the $8 a month or $96 annual plan IN ADDITION TO the plan I have which does not expire until December. NONE of the suggestions I have received seem to work and my website still shows the message: This site can’t be reached.

    Thanks for getting in touch so we can work on getting things fixed up.

    The first thing we need to tackle is the domain. When I look at swanislandmaine.com I can see that it’s in redemption.

    Our domain partner charges us an $80 fee for their part in recovering the domain from redemptions. It’s not a fee that we gain from, nor can it be waived. I’ve emailed you a payment form for $93 which is for the redemption and the annual registration cost of your domain.

    As soon as you pay that, write back to us here and we will get the ball rolling. This process typically takes 2-3 days from start to finish.

    Then, after the domain has been secured we can get the hosting plan sorted out.

    Actually, I can see that you were able to add the hosting plan to the account. Once the domain is recovered we will attach it to that plan and you’ll be all set.
