Swap about and home/posts page

  I want the “about” page to be the default page people see when they go to my blog, and then the “posts” or “home” page to be an option via the menu above.
  how can I swap the contents?? (ie. some kind of cut and paste perhaps?)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It happens, yes. Volunteers sometimes echo each other. The thing is, don’t rush to make an answer unless it is complete.
  The support document has much more information that the OP needs to know.
