Swap media block with text on mobile device

    I want to add a large image to the homepage of my website but it does not look right on a cell phone. It looks great on a computer. However, on a cell phone, it looks out of place. Is there a way to have the image appear when the site is viewed on a computer and replaced with text when viewed on a cell phone?
