swaping site names in the navigation menu

  hello!
  i was wondering if there’s a possibility to swap the names in the navigation menu.

  Let me try to explain what i need:
  The page has two Sites “Home” and “Contact” and also both are in the navigation menu.

  But i would like to see only e.g. “Home” when i opened “Contact”.
  So when i’m “Contact” i can only choose “Home”

  Anyone an idea?

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
