Swapping domains with a site hosted at GoDaddy

  We had flysafetraining.org attached to our WordPress.com site. We are swapping it with flysafetrainingmn.com. I pointed the .com to WordPress.com and its working fine. However, the .org will not resolve to the hosting at GoDaddy. It seems that your system is holding onto the DNS for it and is causing a weird redirect loop. Ultimately what we want is to have the flysafetrainingmn.com to be the WordPress.com site. We don’t want the .org to be associated with it anymore. I have already switched the Primary domain in my domains. But I do not see how to remove the .org? Please help ;(
