Swapping premium to another account

  Hi,
  I’m wondering if anyone can help me out. I paid for my domain name laurendimmick.com which I use as an online portfolio, and I have a regular blog at dimmickhead.wordpress.com. I was wondering if it’s possible to change them over, so I’ll go back to laurendimmick.wordpress.com and can change my blog to dimmickhead.com, without having to cancel my yearly payment and setting up another?

  Hi there,

  When you register a custom domain name, you’re buying that exact domain name to use with your site. You can transfer that domain name from one site to another on your My Upgrades page, but if you’d like to start using a different domain name (dimmickhead.com instead of laurendimmick.com) you’ll need to head to the Domains page and purchase it as a new domain name.
