Swapping Subscribers to new Self Hosted site

I currently have a free WordPress blog and I am in the process of swapping it to a self hosted WordPress site with Siteground. I need help with transferring my followers. I saw that I need to use Jetpack which I think is installed but the only other instructions lead me to the option to either swap back to WordPress hosting or get WordPress to do some site mapping?? How do I import my followers to my new site please?? Thanks 😊

We can also do it for you. Please provide the URL of the site you want to move them FROM and the URL of the site you want to move them TO in that case.
