Swapping URL's between two of my blogs

  How can I transfer the URL from one of my blogs to another?
  I would like my url to be uhsueconomics.wordpress.com which is currently taken by another of my blogs

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no such thing here as deleting a URL and freeing it up for registration again. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
