Swapping WP Theme Element for Specific Pages

Our website has a location page for each of our 15 offices and the WordPress Theme we use only displays the toll-free number at top. I would like to swap-out the toll-free number for the local number of the office for each of the location pages.
Example:
Location #1 – (000) 000-1111
Location #2 – (000) 000-2222
Location #3 – (000) 000-3333
…and the rest of the website would still display the toll-free number.Is there a simple method or work around in Php to accomplish this?

Could you provide a link to the WordPress.com site on which you’d like to accomplish this so I can have a look?
It’s not possible to edit the PHP on WordPress.com, but perhaps we could come up with a CSS workaround.

That doesn’t look like a site hosted with us here at WordPress.com. This forum is for folks hosted here, but it looks like you’re running the WordPress software on your own hosting. You could try posting in your theme’s support forum to ask for assistance. If it’s a free theme from WordPress.org, you’ll find a forum for the theme over there, as a link off the download page.

If it’s a premium theme, you should find a support avenue through the seller.
