  Hello, I need to link this website with this new WordPress account. I sent it to my web designer and as it would not let me link it to my email address pr another account. I accidentally purchased it under my rental business account. Jan Von Hausen has it now and I need it attached to this new account. I created this new separate account specifically for this website. Thank you, Bennie Ansell

  Hi there!

  If I understand it correctly, you’d like to transfer the site swarmmigration.online along with its subscription to your WordPress.com account. Is that right?

  If yes, you’ll need to ask the current owner to log in and follow these instructions:

  • Transfer the site to another account
  • Transfer the domain to another account

  Finally, reach out to us at this link and authorize us to transfer the WordPress.com Premium plan to your account. They can also reply to this forum thread and authorize us to transfer the plan to your account. But they will need to transfer the domain by themselves on their dashboard.

  Once all of those are done, the site and its subscription will be on your WordPress.com account.
