  Im using theme swell-

  How do I delete the date and author on each page?

  How do I decrease the footer dimensions..

  How do I decrease the dimensions of my static page. I would like to have 1 image (my banner on the page and thats it)?

  Okay so I figured out how to How do I delete the date and author on each page & How do I only show instagram footer on home page.

  But still can’t figure out ho to change the footer dimension and how to change the dimensions of the banner photo. I’d like it to take up the entire page..

  Can the header color bar be removed? So the menu is on the photo..

  Hi there, if you are not going to have content on your main page below the image, then I would suggest the following, which hides the content area and brings the bottom footer widget area right up to the bottom of the image. I’ve specifically targeted only the home page by using the “home” CSS class from the opening body HTML tag on that page.

  .home #post-1 {
  	display: none;
  }
  .home #primary {
  	padding-bottom: 0;
  }

  For having the nav over the image, add the following and see what you think.

  .site-header .top {
  	position: absolute;
  }
  #main-nav ul a {
  	color: #fff;
  }
