Swell Theme not responsive

    Hi, we purchased the Swell theme for our client which is hosted on their server. The theme is not mobile friendly as it crops the video and the images to fit it within the frame. How can we modify this?

    Just for clarification, are you referring to the Swell Theme hosted on WordPress.com? Or, are you referring to the Swell theme that can be purchased for a self-hosted WordPress site?

    I wanted to make sure because we only provide support for WordPress.com and I noticed you said that you said the theme was hosted on their server. What is their URL?
