Swell Theme – Open social links in new window? Help!

  Hello.

  I am using the swell theme template on wordpress. I have added my social media icons to my footer using the following code: (Appearance, Customize, footer)

  This works great adds the icons where they need to be but when i click on the links they open my facebook page on the same window. Anyone know how I can open in a new window adding to this code? x

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
