Swingingreece.com – Domain mapping cancelled although subscription just renewed?

  On Feb 10th 2017, I renewed swingingreece.com, as I have been doing for three years, now. But, I typed the url today, Feb 12th 2017, and I get the message
  ‘Error: Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’

  WordPress has sent me twice the receipt #22101973 for the transaction, mentioning ‘Domain registration swingingreece.com’ and ‘privacy protection swingingreece.com’.

  In the domain section here, I cannot find swingingreece.com, only swingingreece.wordpress.com is mentioned as a primary domain.

  What is going on, please?

  Hi Ifigeneia,

  After speaking with our developers, I discovered an error occurred during the renewal process. Your upgrades were renewed but the system didn’t add them back to your account afterwards — which is why you were unable to find the domain.

  This has now been fixed and swingingreece.com has been set as your primary domain.
