Switch from Andreas04 to Able or upgrading to a more modern theme

I’m trying to find out how difficult is it to switch from Andreas04 to the new theme called Able? Do I need to re-input every article, or will it take my current posts and insert them automatically? Also, I would consider upgrading my service if it isn’t a lot of trouble switching from Andreas04 to a more modern theme. A theme has nothing to do with the content you have published. If you switch to a different theme, your posts will be there, just with a different look.
What may seemingly go missing is your widgets, if you switch to a theme with a different structure (for instance from a theme with multiple sidebars, like Andreas, to a theme with a single sidebar or with footer widgets only). In that case the widgets move to Inactive, and you just go to Appearance > Widgets and drag them from Inactive to the widget areas of the new theme.
