Aloha imanigabriella, Any WordPress.com domain can be used as either a blog or a website. The difference is more in how things are displayed than anything else. This includes things such as what theme you are using, whether you are showing posts on the front page or another page, and the type of content you share. The following page may be useful:

No worries, that’s what the forums are here for! :) The short answer is that e-commerce options are not currently available on WordPress.com. Depending on your needs, you may have some alternatives. @timethief has a detailed response on this topic that may point you in the right direction:
