Switch from Free to Personal plan

  Hi there,
  I’d like to switch to my free plan to the personal one. I have a question: despite having a free plan, I have few articles in first positions on Google for certain keywords. If I switch, will those articles remain there or lose position? Will I have to do a manual redirection or everything will happen automatically?

  Hi there,

  Upgrading your plan won’t change any of your page positions in Google search results because of the WordPress.com upgrade.

  The Business plan has advanced Search Engine Optimization features, so that would be the only plan that had an effect on your results in Google and other search engines—positive if you add it, back to where you are now if you drop it.
