Hi there,
All posts, pages and comments will be imported, provided there’s not a problem with your import file itself.
However, the importer only contains links to the images in your site’s media library, and not the files themselves. Those media files should be imported as well AFTER the initial import completes, so please don’t delete anything until you’re sure all your media files have made it across.
This doesn’t always work, however, and some files might fail to move across. In some cases we can manually fix that, but the original site needs to stay online, publicly accessible, and at the original domain, for us to be able to try it.
