Switch link color with hover color

  My blog’s theme is “Selecta”. I would like to switch the gray link color with the blue hover color, and vice versa. Light gray is very hard to read on a white background but the blue stands out. Here is the blog in question:

  Also, is it possible to change the link color scheme on my pages without changing the link color scheme on my navigation bar?
