Switch owner of account

  Hello! I’ve attempted to switch the account owner to my father’s actual account (mike88888888) however following your support instructions did not appear to work. Are you able to please help? This account won’t be used but we’d like to retain ownership to the above username. Thank you!

  Hi, can you clarify which instructions you’re using? Are you trying to move a site to another user, and if so could you send a link to that site?
