Switch premium theme from one blog to another

I purchased the Oslo premium theme for one blog and would like to use it for another blog on instead – how do I do that? The page for managing purchases does not give me the option to switch the theme to the other blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You cannot use the same Premium theme across multiple blogs. You would need to purchase the theme again for your 2nd blog. You can read this here too! -
I don’t want to use Oslo for my other blog anymore, I want to transfer it over to the blog that is using a different theme at the moment. How do I do that?

Yep, both sites are registered under the same username. I still can’t find an option to switch the theme to the other blog, even when I “free up” the theme by using a different theme for the blog that I no longer want the Oslo theme for.

I’ve removed Oslo from numbertheclouds.wordpress.com and issued $79 in credits to your WordPress.com account.
Now, you can use the credits to purchase the Oslo theme on the site you’d like to use it.
