Switch site access to another person

  We have a business site with you (http://heartlandstars.wordpress.com) and a parent set it up for us, but under her log in. Is there anyway we can get the access rights and totally hand it over to the business office manager? We are hoping we do not have to share a log in with the parents because she has her own blogs under her log in (i believe, I know she does not want to give us her person log in to access the site). We are also hoping that we do not have to start over…..
