Hi michelle,
See the My Content and Switching Themes section of the Themes support page regarding what might need to be tweaked after a theme switch.

Hi there,
The page that @musicdoc1 linked to gives a good general overview.
If we want to get specific about the two themes you mention, two big items stand out:
1) Stow doesn’t have Sela’s front page template. Stow achieves a similar front page by using blocks in the editor instead. When you activate Stow, you should see an option to have a default front page for the theme created for you automatically, and then you can just copy over the content from your existing front page.
2) Stow doesn’t have all the widget areas that Sela has. Stow only has a footer widget area, and no sidebar that appears on posts and regular pages. So if you make heavy use of widgets on your site, you need to keep that in mind.
Also note that your Business plan gives you access to both live chat and direct email support. You can reach those at any time by clicking the Help icon that appears bottom-right on all the My Sites pages, or else via the direct link at https://wordpress.com/help/contact. So if you run into any trouble with the theme switch, you can contact our team there so we can help you figure out and fix things in real time.
