Switch to Classic Editor

  Hey all, I’ve been absent from blogging for a while and want to switch to the old editor, because I can’t stand this new Block Editor.

  I’ve seen other posts where people have been referred to the ‘Switch to Classic Editor’ option, but I do not have this option.

  Has this option been removed?

  You’ll first need to access the classic WP-Admin dashboard by adding /wp-admin/ to the end of your blog address. From there, you’ll be able to create and edit posts using the Classic Editor.   Do note that the WordPress.com staff recommend getting used to the new Block Editor because the Classic Editor will be retired eventually. They have tips to help you make the transition here: https://wordpress.com/support/switching-from-the-classic-to-the-block-editor/
