switch to new domain name

    I purchased mapping for my domain name, but then I needed to switch to a new domain name. How can I switch my wordpress site to my new domain name?

    Hi there,

    I see you cancelled the existing mapping upgrade but did not receive a refund. We’d have had to cancel the existing mapping in any case to change it, so that’s okay.

    I’ve added $13 in credits to your account that you can now use to map the correct domain. When you go to the checkout page you’ll be able to pay using the credits.

    If for some reason you’re unable to add it, let me know the domain you want to map and I can help with that.

    I ended up building my site somewhere else as I couldn’t get WordPress to charge me properly for a new domain name. Can I get my $13 back on my credit card as I’m no longer using WordPress and it has not been 30 days?
