switch view of posts page from classic editor back to new editor

  in ‘Posts’ I clicked on ‘Page View’ and selected the Classic Editor view. Now I cannot get back to the New Editor view. What can I do?

  Hi there,

  I don´t think you can permanently change back to the classic editor. The block editor is now the default editor for all sites on WordPress.com, and what you are seeing is probably a “classic block” https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/classic-block/.

  Try adding a new paragraph block beneath the classic editor you are seeing. If you can add a new block, you are in the new editor and can just keep working like you are used to.

  If you click on “screen options” then click on the option “Use WordPress.com View” are you able to see the correct screen?
